Camp Registration

Registration & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of registration in order to reserve your child’s spot. Because our camps are intentionally small to support connection and individualized attention, spaces are limited.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If your plans change and your child can no longer attend, please notify us as soon as possible.

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the camp start date will receive a full refund, minus a $25 administrative fee. 

  • Cancellations made 14–29 days before the camp start date will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before camp are not eligible for a refund.

  • No refunds can be issued once camp has begun.

  • In some situations, families may choose to transfer their payment to another camp session, social skills group, or individual session, if space is available.

If a camp session must be cancelled by the program, families will receive a full refund or the option to transfer the payment to another camp session, social skills group, or individual session.

Illness or Emergencies

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Documented medical emergencies may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Waitlist Policy

Once a camp session is full, families may request to be placed on a waitlist.  

  • If a space becomes available, families will be contacted in the order they joined the waitlist. 

  • Families will have 24 hours to accept the spot before it is offered to the next child on the list.

  • Placement on the waitlist does not guarantee a spot.

ACT2Connect offers drama therapy  services aligned with NADTA standards. Services are provided by a Provisionally Registered Drama Therapist (P-RDT) and are not a substitute for licensed mental health treatment.
